FAQs

Can athletes qualify in multiple classes?

Pullers are allowed to compete in multiple classes but in the event a puller places top three in multiple classes they are required to select the one class they will compete in at the Arnold Classic in Ohio.

If an athlete places top three in multiple classes, what happens to the qualification for the classes they are not competing in at the Arnold?

The other class(es) would now have the top four qualify for the Arnold Classic.

Will there be a weight allowance at the Arnold Classic?

There will only be a .9 lb weight allowance at the Arnold Classic. For example, 154.9 lb with clothes on.

Can you compete in a different weight class than what you qualified for at the Arnold?

If you qualified for the SHW class you are able to pick between the 275 lb class and the SHW class at the Arnold. Additionally, you are not allowed to compete in a lighter class than what you qualified for at the Arnold.

Are you required to qualify for each arm individually?

Yes you must place top 3 within your weight class (minimum of 4 participants) to qualify for either arm. The only exception would be the women's classes.

What do you get for placing the Arnold?

All right hand winners of each class earn a spot on a future Knuckles Up card (left as well depending on match up) as well as a payout for the top three finishers.
